Even so, there is no way I will ever have enough time to write all the stories for all the ideas I have accumulated. The dirty little secret of the writing world is that ideas are rather easy to come by. More often than not it’s the one question he gets most often. Or were born but died like a guttering candle in the eternal night….Įvery writer hears this question at least once in his life. Along with all the other worlds that might be waiting to be born. It never ends because the storm itself, the unending conflict, makes the world we know a reality. They are taken from places they call home and sent into this stormy sea to calm the waters. And within this sea of blood and dust, in places that might never be, or can’t become until something is set right, there are people destined to travel forever. This world, everything around you and everything you can’t see, is like a vast sea. When they meet there’s a violence that must be faced and overcome. There are others who walk against the flow. Some of them move upstream through time and dust and blood. Through a sea of time and dust, in places that might never be, or can’t become until something is set right, there are people destined to travel. We have names and we stand against that which must be faced. After i looted them, the other player was happy to receive several Small Stone Shard. I looted everything from the mobs first, but got no quest items. I verified the perceived completion bug by inviting another player with the quest, setting FFA loot and killing a bunch of mobs. Tip: If you stop getting quest drops while you have a sum of Small Stone Shard + Rock Elemental Shard that totals 10, then I advise you to abondon the quest and start over, painful as it is for this quest. I had 7x Small Stone Shard (Study of the elements: Rock) and 3x Rock Elemental Shard (Badlands reagent run).ħ+3 totals 10 shards (albeit different items for different quests), and the game seems to have believed that I completed the quest Study of the Elements: Rock which requires 10 shards.

This quest kinda sucks on its own with its combination of moderately low drop rate, limited amount of mobs and high contestion with other players.įor me the quest got bugged in the sense that the game believed that I completed the quest. Kill 1 more coyote, you should get 2 more.Ĭomment by lillcheezeBUG WARNING posted primarily for "Study of the elements: Rock" but also "Badlands reagent run". If you happen to get 9 fangs, split them using Shift-click and delete 1 of the fangs. Although I got 4 before going into the Mirage Flats. The gizzards drop rarely, so that's the only thing left. If you have done this correctly, you should have all fangs and all rock shards. There are a TON of rock elementals (lvls 39, 40) here, there is no need to go all the way to Kargath (or at least near its vicinity) for the Rock Elemental Shards. Venture to Mirage Flats, at around 39,75. Kill them for the Indurium Flakes or for the XP.ĥ. Get to Agmond's End (around 51,70, not exact), and if u got the quest from Martek, the troggs (lvls 39, 40, 41) that drop the indurium are right here. (that specific quest giver gave a Schematic: Flash Bomb for free, I'm an engineer)Ĥ. There is also a goblin (blacksmithing supplies), and another quest giver. If you are doing the quest " Martek the Exiled", you can stop by his camp at 42,52. (near the crumpled map is a solid chest, FYI) Also, the crumpled map can be given to the same person. Be aware of a quest here from a quest giver (not too far away) to obtain a mining pick from the Dark Iron Dwarves (lvls 35, 36, 37) for a hammer. Get to around 52,30, or Hammertoe's Digsite.ģ. Some buzzards here too, I got 2 gizzards here. Here are a whole bunch of lv 35 wolves, simple XP and fangs. Fly to Thelmasar in Loch Modan, or if u are Horde, get to Loch Modan and go through that entrance. Comment by ThottbotThis is how I got through this quest:ġ.
